ABOUT THE NOSPA INTERNATIONAL MBA   "A  Lao-French Co-operation Program" The National Organization for the Studies of Policy and Administration (NOSPA) is an official management institution at the central level (equivalent to a ministry). It has two main locations, which are both located in Vientiane Municipality.  The first one is for its headquarters located in Ban Thangone, district of Xaythany, about 22 kilometers outside Vientiane city. The other location is in the heart of Vientiane next to Vat Sisaket, opposite Vat Phra Khèo.   The NOSPA International MBA Program was founded in 2003 and is supported by the French government through the Lao-French Co-operation Project. Fifty students have already enrolled in the program. We are currently looking for 30 qualified and highly motivated participants to study in the 2005 program.
